It sounds like the switch in the drivers door is no long working...Sounds like the contact points are worn out...You should be able to get the switch from a wrecker or you can change switches from the other door. The switches for that year was made by the same supplier for all the switches in that car. The handle in the door is held in by approx 3 star head screws. After you take out the screws out just grab the handle and pull it off gently with a small screw driver and switches should just pop out just make sure you disconnect the wires first. Don't pull to hard because you could tear the wires and be in worst shape then. If the drivers door handle has a plate where the switches sit you will need to access the switches from under the plate. This whole process should only take you about 1 hr to do.

drivers switch panel serves as the brain for all windows in vehicle, and if the other windows work from thier switch then the main switch is most likly good, look inside the door for the motor, and apply power and ground to it, if it works, then its the wires to the motor, and if not then replace the motor.(cold affects these motors really bad, as the grease gets thicker with cold and puts stress on the motor, and can burn it out.if everything there is ok, then the electronic part of that switch is lost and will require a new one.
