The High Beams on the CLK320 are located on the Blinker Switch. If the Blinker is working but no High beams, then you need to troubleshoot that Power is getting to the Headlights to that you do not have Burned out Bulbs. If Power is getting OUT but not to the Bulbs, you have a major electrical issue that will require special tools..

I have a 2004 Mercedes Benz CLK320 don't know why

Try using the second key if you have one. Does the key not working look like it is bent? The ignition cylinder may just be worn to the point that it needs to be replaced.

2005 XJ8- both key fobs lock and unlock features have quit working. have tried new batteries. still do not work. what now?

If the fuses are fine then reprogram the key fob here is what you do...get into the car, make sure the doors are closed, pull the high beam stalk back towards you so that the high beam is on and hold it...then insert the key and turn it to phase two, then flash the highbeam with the stalk three times by pulling it to you,,,you will hear a beep(hold the stalk),and the foblight will flash on the dash, then while still holding the stalk to highbeam, press the remote transponder once then the car will beep once then remove the key and press any button on the fob to make the car respond.

2003 Nissan Xterra Headlights too bright confused for highbeams.

I have this problem too, I usually just flash the high beams at them to let them see the difference for a second.

No headlamps on 97 Mountaineer.

Buy 1 bulb and insert in each socket one at a time. If the low beam does not work on either side you know it is not because of the bulb. Then you will have 1 extra bulb for emergencies. Ask at autoparts about a headlight relay for lowbeam. When you wrote that highbeams work on pullback you did not say if they stay on high. You have "Flash to Pass" for highbeam which can be a different circuit. The automatic headlight switch is yet another set of contacts to go bad. You should set "auto" to off so you are not fighting this feature when testing. Good Luck
