If the fuses for each circuit are good AND have power, the problem may be in the turn signal switch.

1997 chrysler LHS owners manual

You might find a used manual on Ebay. The turn signals and hazards are on two different circuits, so different fuses and flashers.

No turn signals

Does anything light up? Have you checked fuses? Have you checked the flasher? Let me know if you have any questions and I'll do my best to answer them. Thank you for using FixYa.com!

Have you checked for power at the sockets? How about power out of the turn signal switch? Is the third brake light also not working? If that bulb is good and there is no power at the socket than you have a bad break light switch. Check for power in and out of the switch with the brake pedal depressed. You can also unplug the brake light switch and jump it to confirm the lights work.

I can get you the wire colors if you need them.
