Question about 2003 Chevrolet Astro
I have an 03 chevy astro van with p0016 code . crankshaft pos sensor bank A. van fires up and seems to idle fine. any suggestions.

crank shaft sen. is easy enough to change.its mounted near timing chain cover,cam sen.is somewhat harder,its in the distributor,id doubt that both are defect

it is on the fuel rail on the engine its next to the fuel line conection from tank to fuel rail for injectors

Did you change the filter? Can you hear the pump cut in for a few seconds when you first turn the key the "run" position? If you can'r hear it, you may want to check fuses and power wires to the pump.
