I would suggest that the fuse is either blown or you need a new horn.

It should still be under warranty.
Could be the horn or the relay.

Alaam sound is turned off in 2000 mercury mountaineer

The actual alarm horn may be disconnected /shorted bad ground or burnt out . Is the alarm horn the same as the car horn? Does the car horn work? Alarm horns popular for burning out.

Horn won't blow, but does sound when locking doors. fuse is ok. Could it be the horn relay. If so, how do change it.

I bet it's the horn. There are actually separate horns for the alarm and the actual "horn." Locate the horns at the front of the car near the front bumber and see if they have voltage when you press the horn button. If you do, then you need to replace the horn unit. First, double check all your fuses and verify their all in good shape.

Car horn doesn't work, airbag light on, but car alarm works

The problem is likely with the clockspring in the steering column. The wiring for the horn button and the driver's air bag go through the clockspring. If you want to fix it yourself, I can probably find the procedure for you, but this is really a job for a professional auto electrician.

94 VW Golf horn stays on with fuse pulled, I just got this car and tried to install a new battery when I connect it the horn sounds.I checked the fuse panel and pulled # 13 that was for the horn and it...

What your hearing is the factory alarm not the horn. Connect the battery when the alarm sounds go to the drivers door lock with the key and lock and unlock the door until the alarm goes off . Then reinstall the fuse for the horn.,

Can I stop my horn from sounding when I lock my 2009 Accord

You might can have the dealer program it not to honk, but its just the way the keyless entry works. I've owned 2 accords--an 06 and 08--and both of them honk the horn when the lock button is pressed twice. Pressing the button once will secure the car and arm the alarm. So once click is all you really need. And no your alarm is not malfunctioning.
