SOURCE: On my 2003 Lincoln Navigator,

Hi there...
well usually this happens, when the valve in the dash-board is defective. you can't replace it your self. its not costly, but the mechanic needs to dig in deep to reach it in most cars. i don't know where exactly it is loacated in the Navigator. but dont listen to any body telling to replace anything but this small in dash valve .

good luck i wish this helps u in anyway.
have a nice day

Sounds like your temperature actuator is not moving or your temp door is broken. On max a-c ,coolant is shut off to your heater core allowing only cold air in.

The MODE switch may not have reacted well to being hit or may have spontaneously failed. The sound failure could be related to the MODE switching failure.

No power on heater switch fan control, where is the fuse for it?, or is there a secondary fuse?

There is a 25 amp blower fuse, just says in fuse block.
If no AC, black/tan wire goes direct from fuse to "heater mode select switch" (an on-off switch), and then a yellow/brown wire to blower switch.
If it has AC, the black/tan wire from fuse goes to the "A/C mode select switch" and from there, a yellow/brown wire to the blower switch. Check for power in and power out on the A/C mode select switch. Looks like that switch should have continuity in any position other than off. Power out will be the yellow wire with brown stripe.

I have a 2008 corolla. It has an auto light when the car needs an oil change. I need to know how to reset it.

Look in your owners manual and go to the part that explains the different symbols on your dash. Look for that service reminder and it should tell you what page to go to to learn more about that. Somewhere there should be some wording to the effect that "When you have your car serviced by a certified Toyota dealer they will reset it for you. In the event that someone other does your maintenance then this is the procedure to reset......."

If it is a mechanical switch that you turn this system works by vacume it could be the vacume supply hose coming from the intake manifold is either off or broken.

You could also have disconnected it by mistake when you changed the climate control. Good luck

The ac works in the back but the front it comes from the bottum

You most likely have vent door actuator motor not working.Process of elimination is the best way to find out the actuator motor that is not working. There are more than one,so you have to look under the dash(may be take out the glove box,and bottom black bezel cover) for the one not working,If you locate and find a actuator, and watch it,while you select different modes on the ac/heater control, you can determine witch actuator is not working,by moving or selecting mode, hot, cold defrost, vent floor, and etc.Witch ever actuator does not move,it is the one that is not allowing air threw the face vents, replace this actuator motor. If I can help any more, please let me know.>>>roniecon@gmail.com
