Left side of the dash, to the right of the IP fuse block. Its a 25 amp circuit breaker, an aluminum cased breaker. CHECK FOR POWER ON THE SEAT SWITCH "A" TERMINAL AND GROUND ON THE "D" TERMINAL. IF YOU HAVE POWER AND GROUND THE SWITCH IS BAD.

I always use the stuff you squeez around bathtubs. It comes in different colors and is water proof. Just make sure you have a warm dry place to let it sit and dry after you apply it. Before you apply it though, make sure you take a putty knife or butter knife and clean the spots under the rubber on the windshield and get all the mold and guke off it. Hope it works out for you.
