SOURCE: Turn signal switch
You will need to remove the steering column to start.From there there should be a either small bolts on the switch itself. After that just remove the plug from the harness from under the dash and pull the whole assembly out.

If the switch is broken, you need to remove: driver side knee bolster, snack tray/drink holder and dash rim. Remove the lower steering column cover (2 screws).You will need a E5 torx socket to loosen the upper cover. Alldata recommends removing the lock cylinder to access the 2 torx screws holding the switch in place, but I did it without (disabled the air bags and removed the driver side, accessing one screw through the steering wheel, top screw with bit and ratchet wrench). The wiring harness connectors attach to the main block under the steering wheel. Auto Zone has a replacement switch assembly for about $180, dealer price $417.
