SOURCE: change the power steering fluid on a 2006 rendezvous

It's a bit difficult to do with out making a mess, you need to loosen the power steering hose and let the fluid run out, Then tighten it and refill the fluid, you will only be able to change about 90% of the fluid.

Some garages have electric pump systems that can completely change the fluid but this can be expensive depending on the garage.

Where is the power steering fluid in a 2005 buick rendezvous

Depending on which pump they used ,if it is the pumpwith resivoir it would be on the belt side in the front .The cap will be a plain black cap.If it is the pump with an external resivoir it would be either on the firewall or mounted on the fender .It should have a black cap with power steering or power steering fluid written on it.I hope that helps a little bit.

Need to find where the bleeder is on the power steering pump on a 2002 rendezvous

There is no bleeder. Just turn the wheel each direction, lock to lock, a few times and that should do it.

I hear a kind of squeal or winding noise whenever turning the steering wheel in my 2005 Rendezvous, and I've added power steering fluid

your power steering belt might be loose or may have stretched due to weather related issues, or may have the adjustment worked loose. suggest you adjust the tension on the belt[power steering belt] youneed to have it tightened. you may even need a replacement pump. is it leaking fluid onto the ground? if so, it may be a loose hose or a busted hose. if you are mechanically inclined, please repost with specifics on if it's leaking fluid or belt is squealing? otherwise,i suggest you have it looked at from a professional. hope this helps and if you need further assistance with replacement of power steering pump, or directions of the belt tension, just ask. we will be happy to assist!

My steering wheel is locked in place, key will not turn in ignition. Any help?Tried turning the steering wheeling..same problem.

Can I assume you curbed your tires when you parked?
If so try to turn the Steering Wheel to the direction the wheels are turned it just takes a little bit. This will relieve the tension on the Steering Wheel Locking mechanism and free up the ignition.
If this is the case, To avoid it from happening again. Do not turn the engine off while turning the steering wheel.

Hope it helps!
