Something foreign object could be stuck inside the unit, look inside to see if anything is obstructing the mechanism. Might have to replace unit with a better one from an auto recycling yard.

I have a 99 ford Taurus and its a cassette tape adapter stuck in it please help me

Been there. Done that. If there is a wire attached to the adapter for connection of the iPod, that most likely is jamming the adapter and preventing ejection. You need a non-metallic tool such as an ice cream stick (not a screwdriver!). While pressing the EJECT button repeatedly, GENTLY pry the adapter up to pop it out. When the operation is over and the patient is recovering, examine the removed adapter. You probably will find that the wire has popped out of its groove and may even have lost some insulation so that will have to be repaired.

98 ford taurus get stuck in 2nd gear

Well first you will need to have the transmission diagnosed, if it is in need of a rebuild you might as well junk the car as the rebuild will cost more than the car is most likely worth.

Driver side window stuck

If it is Powered, try pulling off the interior door panel. it is probably a pinched wire. i had the same problem with my 98 taurus and as long as the wire does not get pinched again, it should solve your problem.

Have a cassette stuck in my 98 Buick Century Custom

sometime you can get luck by taking out the tape player and there will be a small hole somewhere on the player that you can stick a paper clip through to release the tape player. Otherwise gnetly stick a screwdriver under the tape to see if you can get it to release. no guarntees on that last one
