  3. This bolt is designed to permanently stretch when tightened. The correct part number fastener must be used to replace this type of fastener. Do not use a bolt that is stronger in this application. If the correct bolt is not used, the parts will not be tightened correctly. The system or the components may be damaged.

  4. Install the cylinder head.
  5. Install new cylinder head bolts. Tighten
Tighten the cylinder head bolts to 50 N·m (37 lb ft) in sequence.
  6. Use the J 36660-A to rotate each cylinder head bolt 120 degrees in sequence. Use the J 36660-A to rotate the four center cylinder head bolts an additional 30 degrees in sequence. Refer to Notice Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

I need the head bolt torque specs for a 94 bonniville with the 3.8l v6

A few notes. These head bolts are what are called torque to yield, this means they are like a spring and are only used once or the torque spec is not valid.
1ST 37 ft/lbs + 130 degrees OF BOLT ROTATION THEN REPEAT WITH 30 MORE degrees OF ROTATION. there IS NOT A SET TORQUE SPEC IN FT POUNDS
