depends. could be your idler arm or pittman arm assembly. sometimes bushings wear out and cause play in the suspension and steering. look under your vehicle while someone else turns the wheel and see if you notice a 'lag' when the wheels turn anywhere. if not jack up the entire front end and turn the wheel with your arms while looking at the linkages. i'm sure you will spot the problem.
