Headlights (both hi & lo) don't work in 2001 VW Eurovan. Daytime running lights work and all other lights connected to the switch work. Bulbs and fuses are all fine. Is there a relay in the system?

Not sure with out a good look ,normaly this type of fault is associated with switch control on the steering column .If you passing alicante in spain i will have a look for you ,sorry love a wind up but in all seriousness i can only suggest you ask a local mechanic to have a look for you .

The switch for the front heater blower in my 1993 VW Eurovan only works in the 4 (high) position. I've replaced both the blower and the switch but still have the problem.

There is a resistor in the top of the duct work behind the glove box. Check the wires on the resistor with an ohm meter. They all should have continuity. If not, it is bad. Speed 4 is wired directly with no resistor. The three lower speeds are set by adding more resistance from the resistor. My 93 Eurovan and my 92 BMW both had the same trouble and I fixed them both with used units from a junk cars; or you can buy them new from the auto parts store.

Headlights not working: seat inca, parking lights working, high beam working but won't stay on... replace indicator switch twice and still same problem. any ideas?

seat inca ?? i think their is more than one model of switch for this vehicle and the difference is the wiring plug ,but dont quote me please as what i would do is to check for feed in multiplug then check output first before i went any further as their are relays for the dip and beam feeds .

My 1993 Eurovan is overheating and I noticed the fan does not come on. My mechanic replaced the fan switch but it still does the same thing. My mechanic doesn't think it is the fan itself because he says...

Yes, the fan switch only operates the relay.
Look for the following image:

I have to ask if the switch is the right one or installed correctly?
If there are 2 fans, I would assume there would either be 2 switches, or at least 2 wires to the switch (3 would also be possible).
The thing to do is test the switch by bypassing it with a shunt to ground.
In fact, it is also possible the switch ground is what is bad.
The fan should come on when switch is shunted, I believe even with ignition off.
So be careful.

Flashing oil light wont go out on 1997 vw transporter

examine the wiring from the switch. if its ok then replace the pressure switch. if it still doesnt fix it then you have a wiring problem elsewhere but it's easier just to replace the switch first because finding broken wires can be very difficult.

THE POWER WINDOWS ON THE DRIVER'S SIDE OF MY 99 EUROVAN CAMPER DO NOT OPERATE. THE WINDOW ON PASSENGER SIDE OPERATES NORMALLY FROM PASSENGER SIDE, BUT WILL ONLY GO DOWN WHEN ATTEMPT MADE TO OPERATE IT FROM...

Sounds like you either have a short in the wires in the drivers side window switch, or the window switch itself needs to be replaced. Note that not just the 1 switch needs to be replaced but the whole switch module.
