2000 Camry 4 cylinder 2.2.Power windows fuse keeps blowing and speedometer keeps going out

Blown fuses usually caused by a power wire shorted to ground. Has the vehicle been in an accident ? Check the wiring that runs along the door frame, by the hinges. Harness runs inside a rubber boot and wires tend to break in this area.

My 2000 VW Beetle's Ac stopped working. It doesnt blow any air out at all. Also the break light and the ABS lights are on. The ABS came on after the breaks got changed. The Break light is blinking and...

Sounds like you have some electrical gremlins that have moved in...

Since the fan does not even come on, and the fuses keep blowing. It sounds like the resistor pack for the blower motor could have failed, or a wire is shorted somewhere.

The ABS could simply be a wire, or sensor that was carelessly overlooked to be plugged back in when the breaks were done. Or it could be more serious.

Passenger windows/ power seats fuse keeps blowing

Check the seat wiring harness below the seat and under the carpet. Water and moister will cause it to rust and break the wires or short them out. The windows and power seat require the use of a circuit breaker, this is recommended.

Break light will not work

It's blowing the fuse because there is a short somewhere in the circuit. Your inspection just hasn't found it yet. Look for bare spots on the wiring; places where the wire might be pressed against metal (especially sharp edges); damaged connectors; etc.
