the relay and fuse are located on the pass/side on the front of engine compartment near headlight, i would first go right to fuelpump connector and have someone in the car turning key and you check for power and a good ground at the pump connector,90% of the time its a pump, have someone crank the engine while you beat on bottom of tank with rubber hammer, this is a quick test if car starts then replace the pump. hope this helps.

It is located along with other relays on the right hand side of the firewall. There you find a bracket holding the four relays for Pump, AC, Blower, and Radiator Fan. There is also a fuel pump fuse that must be checked. It is located near to the relay. See the diagram below.
