Question about 1985 Nissan Pickup
We checked the vacuum lines and they seem to be ok. The timing is correct. The fuel delivery system should be ok otherwise why would it fire up at all when cold. Could this be a distributor vacuum advance problem that we over looked?
I doubt it.
Sounds more like a weak spark or fuel problems.
Have you tried using starting fluid, and can you verify a strong spark at the plugs ?
