The easiest way is to use a air or electric impact wrench to break them loose. Another option is to put a socket wrench on the crank pulley nut and have somebody hold it while you break them free. Make sure you set everything to TDC prior to taking it all apart!

SOURCE: I removed the 2 camshaft

You will have to reset the timing. there should be marks on the sprokets and the crank gear, just line up all the marks at the same time, then replace the belt and turn it over by hand a couple of times to be sure they have stayed in adjustment. Don't crank it over with it out of time because you can do major internal engine damage

What the water pump look like in A 1991 lexus and can you show me how to change it/

The water pump is always easy to find because it is driven by the belts so has to be on the belt side of the engine, and has to have a major radiator hose going to it.

It looks like you just take the serpentine belt off, unbolt the pump, and replace it. Loosen/tighten all the bolts diagonally in at least 2 stages, and use some gasket sealer on the new gasket.

each corner will have drains, sometimes you can get a long air gun and shoot some air down there and clear the stoppage, but be careful that you dont blow the hose off. sometimes it just may need to be lubricated.
