Personally, I'd have it "tuned up" once or twice a year. It also depends on what you would call a "tune up"

Mazda mvp 03 spark plugs #5 and #6 are not firing. I pull the conector at idle and nothing. Ive cleaned and checked the injectors. New spark plugs. Ive checked fire, fuel and compression. All seems...

no the bad oxygen sensor never affects misfire it affects only the air/fuel mixture
those are causing misfire (a bad coil, ignition module, distributor pickup, crank sensor,).
and i doubt the
crank sensor cuz computer says sensor even if it said to be o2 but no its the crank one its ok if computer fault
