Fuse location on truck no power to switch
SOURCE: 2004 ford sport trac - cruise control no longer works
This problem is most times caused by an open circuit in the rotating contact under the steering wheel, this part is called the clock-spring contact, it supplies a connection to the airbag and steering wheel controls like the cruise, horn and radio controls. I would check the fuse as well to cover the bases, it is fuse #9 in the passenger compartment fuse box, it is a 7.5 AMP
SOURCE: cigarette lighter fuse location
The cigarette fuse is located in the battery junction box under the hood, it is fuse # 10 and is a 20A fuse, open the hood and find the box it is on the passenger side towards the back of the compartment, it is 10th in line on the top row, also you can check these fuses without removing them through the clear plastic top so that should make things a little easier too, hope this helps

power lock does not work and can't identify which one is the fuse to be able to change it.
SOURCE: the electric compass and temp. display isnt
I believe that the mirrors and entry issues are not related to the overhead console. Compass/temp failure is a very common problem with many of the mid 2000 Ford truck and SUV overhead consoles. The console is very prone to internal failure. If the dome lights work but the compass unit does not then it is a faulty computer unit.
