Check wiring where door flexes. copper wires repeated bending can break.
Overload breaker points stuck - is inside motor.
Burned smell - replace motor.
Bad door switch - my rear window would freeze shut. trying top open would damage switch. Mine was driver door master switch.

Absolutely! The rear switch gets its power from the driver's switch.

check the pin switches where the front doors meet the B-pillar they get stuck from getting slightly bent from regular use or getting gunk in them look at the one on the drivers door first you may need to remove the plastic cover on the inside of the B-pillar to get to the wiring unplug it and shut the door then open the passenger door and see if the lights come on if they do then the driver side switch is bad if not do the same thing on the passenger side.If the lights start working then the one on the passenger side is bad.

Sounds like a stuck motor. Hold the switch down and slam the door shut. This will usually break it free. It will most likely need a motor though.
