The tire pressure display is still on my dash even though I put air in my tires. How can I remove it?

If your tire pressures are all ok and the light is still on the dashboard, either one of two things is wrong ( assuming your tire pressure gauge is giving you correct data)

1 - A battery or one of the tire sensors (4) in a tire is mis functioning

2 - Something wrong with car electronic monitoring system.

Check with Hyundai if there is some sort of "reset" that you can perform. On my 2011 Sonata once I correct the pressure the light goes off. U might have to go to the dealer. Just hope your dealer is better than mine.

Why am i not getting a pressure reading for my right back tire while the other three tires are showing a pressure reading?

It is possible that the sensor just needs to be reset. Any place that installs tires should be able to do this for you. If that doesn't work then I would have to say the sensor has been damamged or just gone bad. Hope just getting things reset helps.

Reset tire pressure warning light on

The thing is you can take of the sensor off they have a sensor on all the tires even the spare and If you won to take it off you look at the tire and behind the tire is a box and when you open that box there is a fuse inside of it you take the fuse out and that will make the sensor quit but you would need to do it for all the tires even the spare

Reset tire

If you mean the TPMS tire pressure monitoring system dashboard light, make sure the tire pressure is set according to the decal on the drives door. If that's ok, have a tire store calibrate your tire sensors. If that doesn't help the sensors themselves need to be replaced. The battery in the sensors have a limited lifespan which is the down side to the system. I had to have mine reset after a tire went flat. If it only leaks a little (normal leakage) it seems to clear if you air it up to spec before it gets too low.

My wish is that the dash told which tire was low and would go red if it got below half it's recommended tire pressure. I freak if it comes on at all since I don't know if it's just a pound low or totally flat! Car manufacturers need to improve this system greatly!

Tire pressure monitoring light on my 2008 Toyota highlander is displayed on dashboard

First make sure all tires including the spare have 35 psi, if that is the only problem the light will go off, there may be a reset switch on the lower part of the dash, it says "set" on it, push the button and hold it in, turn the key on and wait for the light to flash three times, release the button, if the light comes back on there is a problem with the system, possibly one of the sensors is not sending a signal, this will require going to a toyota dealer to correct.

Warning light under the D on the dashboard

This symbol is the tire pressure indicator. If you are running the factory stock tires on the car then inflate your tires to between 36 and 44 lbs. 44 lbs is max pressure so you would be safe running around 38 or 40 lbs. Once you do this then turn your vehical off and restart it. It should reset the sensor and show enough tire pressure to turn the sensor off.

I have adjusted my tire pressure to the recommended pressure in the manual to 29 psi on my brand new set of tires. The low pressure light on the dash is still on. How do I get it to go off?

Hello! First of all; Did the shop that replaced your tires re-install the pressure sensor in each tire? Is the spare equipped with a sensor? If spare has a sensor; is the spare at correct pressure?

If all of the above is correct then you only need to press the reset button. The place, in the owners manual states where the reset button is located, is occupied with the VSC override button. Find the VSC button and slide your hand down towards the direction of the floor. It is right after where the dashboard/console material ends.
