Question about 2002 Toyota Sequoia
Engine start and run perfect????
head lights all good and bright. with heater fan on?????
front side? windows only? electric window motors all dead or weak?
checked all fuses yet?? THAT BE FIRST!
you have a dead or weak battery.
batter cable lugs all corroded and green?
fuse box damage at engine bay box? check carefully.
for sure its lost DC 12v power, so
its only a matter of measuring it from dash to battery, and finding it.
12.6v at battery rested.
12.6v at all wire on the main engine bay fuse box. or a fuse is blown
or wires to it damaged.
then 12.6v at the cigarette light , key on.
if not find the reason easy with any volt meter.
if battery is good, then you have corrosive resistance in the wire feeds
somewhere. most cars, i can see it before , measure it. just by careful inspections. if not , out comes my $10 walfart meter.
Mines rearlly a Fluke meter, but thats not important.

Tips for a great answer:
The IPC receives a class 2 message requesting illumination from the DIM.
There is a powertrain related code present.
The IPC receives a class 2 message requesting illumination from the PCM. Dash Integration Module (DIM)
The various DIM input and output circuits are described in the corresponding functional areas as indicated on the DIM electrical schematics.
The DIM functions include the following:
Class 2 communication requiring DIM interaction.
Control of exterior lamps.
Control of front fog lights.
Control of the headlights.
Headlamps on with wiper input.
Hood ajar switch input w/export.
Horn relay control.
Interior lamps incandescent dimming.
Low side temperature for HVAC compressor.
Power moding control over Class 2 serial data circuit.
Reverse lockout solenoid control.
Steering wheel controls input.
Storage of the clock settings and, sending a message out on the class 2 serial data circuit in response to requests from other modules.
On vehicles that have several control modules connected by serial data circuits, one module is the power mode master (PMM). On this vehicle the PMM is the DIM. The PMM receives 4 signals from the ignition switch.
To determine the correct power mode the PMM uses the following circuits:
Ignition 1 voltage
Ignition 3 voltage
Your having a module problem , need to have it checked for DTC'S . Dealer only one for that !
