Some of those fuses get their power from the ignition switch. Check to see if there are any blown fuses in the fuse box inside the left kick panel on the dash. You likely have a bad ignition switch.

Do the taillights work? If so it might just be the bulb. If not then the wiring is broke some where or loose.

SOURCE: Are there any main fuses on a 2001 plymouth neon

Have you checked the starter solenoid. Your battery + cable connects to this then + cable runs from it to your starter. You also have an ignition switch wire connected to this. Just follow your cable from the battery and it will lead you right to the part. Some times these will break inside or the contacts go bad inside and therefore you will not get power to start the engine, but you will have power to turn on lights or whatever other accessories. The part is about $15

Sounds like a ground wire problem. Does it act up in the rain or after a wash? That could indicate the fuse block under the hood my be geting moisture. But definitely check the main ground, fuse Block ground, and headlights ground. Check headlights plugs n turn signal plugs n sockets. Also, start by changing the bulbs. Both of them. There's two filaments in each bulb, one for marker lights and one for blinking

I removed a set of after market fog lamps on my 1983 280ZX. Now my headlights, tail lights, horn and turn indicators don't work. Anyone have any idea what I should check.

Whoever put the aftermarket fogs in probably tapped power from your headlight circuit. That being said, you probably shorted out a fuse or two when you removed them. Just go through and check your fuses/relays under the hood and inside the cabin. Make sure to use electrical tape to tape off the old wire for the lights or this will happen again...

I have replaced the front right headlamp on my 2003 Tiburon and it still does not work. I have heard that each headlight on this car is fused separately. Where is the Fuse for this lamp?

The main fuses for the headlight will be under the hood in a box near the firewall or the fender. There are secondary fuses for the headlights under your dash inside the car

If these fog lights were add on, there should be a inline fuse under the hood and there should be a relay also.
