Question about Chrysler 300M

Chrysler 300m- Was replacing flywheel and now I can't get the transmission back in

I removed my transmission from my Chrysler 300m to replace the flywheel. It has been hard to shift in gears and the knob broke which I have replaced. I has been making a noise and the dealership stated that I needed a new flywheel. I have a new one and was replacing it. However, when trying to put the transmission back I can not get it back in.

You need help. Someone with experience needs to check that the torque converter is fully seated in the transmission.
This is an automatic, isn't it?
If it is a manual transmission, the clutch disc has to be centered with a plastic alignment tool, so it all fits back together.
