Weak engine power, no engine option stated or even a year.
1975 accord?????? surely id never guess....

so will answer generically (physics)
1: lost 12vdc electrical power to EFI (if not carb))
2: bad need of a tune up, the 60k mile service points listed in oper. guide in the glove box, lost it? ask we have it.
3: lost engine compression, forgot that 60k mile timing belt (boom)
4: lost spark to one cyl. or all.
5: bad fueling, ask for tests, once this far.

all the tests are easy, do you want to guess, or test?

SOURCE: 1993 Olds v6 races when started. Replaced idle air

my 1994 had the same problem, where the TPS sensor connects there is a small rod that moves you should be able to see it without taking anything apart it wsa rusty and sticking so i sprayed it with wd-40 a couple of times and that solved the problem for me,don't know it that will help but maybe it's worth a try. or maybe your throtle cable to the gas pedal has worn a grove inside the cable and you can't see this problem, but atleast have it checked to see if it's sticking.

Maybe the throttle position sensor? Its attatched to the throttle body or wherever the throttle is attatched to the intake system.

SOURCE: 2004 hona accord will not start but radio and lights work

If the security system is ok, a mechanic would check for voltage at the starter, the neutral safety switch, and the key switch.

How to disable abs braking system in 1992 hona accord ?

It is not recommended. But you can remove the ABS fuse in under hood fuse box. To disable ABS system, if it is giving a problem. then the brakes should work like regular braking system. Good-Day!

2005 Honda Accord racing engine

How does the engine run otherwise? Any stumbling on acceleration? Any check engine lights on?

When the engine is racing, does it stay at a steady RPM or does it flucuate up and down the RPM range?

WHY DOES THE IDLE RACE UP WHEN I START MY VEHICLE?

It is normal on start up. If it's more than 1,000 rpm take it to a good shop: it's all controlled by the PCM(engine computer). Does it settle back to a lower rpm after a few minutes? It should.

Engine will not idle down

Hi have a nice day!
Your model is equipped with Vehicle Speed Sensor System.
I think it would be better to take it to an authorized service station to check it's operation.
