Is there a fuse for the fuel tank on a ford explorer?

No, it has a fuel pump relay. Be sure to check the oil. The low oil sensor will disable the ignition

2006 caravan cooling fan inop, not the relay or the Sensor or the PCm

Fuse number 27 in the underhood fuseblock supplies power to the cooling fan relay. If the fuse is good pull the relay and make sure there is power on one of the pins all the time. This will confirm that the relay is getting power from the fuse.

Two of the other 3 pins for the relay should have ground all the time. One is the main ground for the relay and the other is the power feed to the fan motors. If one is missing there is an open in the wiring. if both are missing than I would suspect a bad ground since the relay and the fans share the same ground.

Let me know what you find and I'll see what I can do to help you further.

Why is it missing fuse pins in relay section of fuse box?

It's normal to see pins missing. They deleted the relay for O2's just ran them on a fuse. And if you don't have a rear blower, you wouldn't need that relay. They also started putting the blower relays in the resistor.

My horn is not working on my Lexus 300 Es 1996

Did you check for voltage and ground at the horn connector?
The picture is underhood fuse block, see the horn fuse and horn relay? Make sure the fuse is good, also, use a testlight and check for voltage at the fuse circuit, one leg should have voltage.
If voltage at fuse circuit, unplug the relay, terminal 2 should be hot, use proper jumper wire between 2 and 3 in the picture, the horn should sound. If it does, something wrong with control side of relay. Your horn button and wiring control ground for coil side of relay. Sometimes there is a problem with wiring in steering column, for the horn.

Where is power source for ac relay found on car

The AC relay should have 2 powers. One with the key on and one with power at all times. You need to determine which power is missing. Start by checking fuses.

Not hearing fuel pump coming on. Checked relay, ok, Have power (using test light) to far right (standing behind car) wire (there are 5 wires counting the ground). I think I should have power to the...

Your fuel pump is powered by the GREEN fuse link in the fuse link holder. If you have 2 terminals (both WHITE/BLACK wires) at the fuel pump relay that is HOT all the time (even with the key OFF) then this fuse link is OK. There are no other fuses to be concerned with.

There is also a "Fuel Pump Control Unit" located on the left rear quarter panel, behind the "B" pillar. (See Picture)

My head lights and tail lights went out and i cant find a fuse out

I would first double check your fuses using a test light. They're cheap from auto parts stores, and instead of removing each by hand you simply touch the contacts on each side of each fuse until the light doesn't come on. Also, be sure you check the fuses under the dash, and under the hood. If no fuses are out, I would start checking relays.

Being that the front and back went out at once, I'm inclined to think it's going to be a lighting relay that controls all fuses. Refer to your owner's manual, a chilton or haynes manual, or your local library's auto reference books first to find out which relays (Black sqaure boxes usually in the fuse box under hood) controls lighting. If you find one for lighting it may be worth replacing it just to see if that's the issue. If you have multiple relays concerning lighting you may need to check each. Not sure what the best way is but I always hold my thumb on them while I have someone else try to turn on whatever you're testing. If you feel a slight 'click' within the relay it's good. If not, it's usually bad.

Double check fuses first because with 30-50 fuses it's easy to miss one. Then look into your relays.

Good luck!

1993 Acura Integra fuel pump relay...

If you know how to solder stuff, you don't even have to replace it. I re-soldered mine and it works perfectly now. I have horribly shaky hands, too - the contact points are huge so you don't have to be very good at soldering. =) Save yourself some money! Here's a nice big guide:
