Run fault codes to determine if electronic or fuel related as low fuel pressure and faulty injectors are equal culprits for misfiring as spark plugs and HT leads. Check that any vacuum hoses are correctly fitted and not cracked or broken off.

if you have high resistance in secondary ign. system (plug wires, ign.coil) this will cause this code to set. make sure you are using a high quality spark plug wire set. not from autozone!!! and denso non platinum tipped spark plugs. also use a diaelectric grease on plug wires to keep moisture out.

Sounds like the switch in the steering wheel is stuck if the horn won't stop sounding. They get rusty and stick. Sometimes you can take apart and sand them.

Sounds like the the Bendix is bad in the starter, which pushes out the drive gear to engage the flywheel. You'll need to replace the Bendix or the starter. It's a bit tough to get to the starter, it is underneath the intake manifold.
