SOURCE: temperature gauge not working 2005 chevrolet impala

There is a temperature sensor likely to be on your radiator. Make sure the connection is plugged in. Sometimes un-plugging and plugging it back will correct the issue. If not, you'll have to have some check if the sensor is faultly or if the electric wire is fault. You can check your fuse box. I don't think it's a fuse because other things on your instrument cluster would also not work.

You need to test your fuses. Go through with a tester and test each one. Verify you haven't lost your ground straps running from the back of your block to the firewall.

JUST FUELED UP , STARTED THE CAR AND THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON. I HAVE 2008 IMPALA LTZ 32,00 MILES

Try this : remove the fuel cap and then reinstall it, the computer can sense if the cap is not on correctly.
I that isn't the problem, then you will have to run a scan code tool on the computer in the car, that will let you know which system has had a fault or is still faulting.
Good luck !
