You make sure reservoir is full if it's full after running 10 minutes or so check top and bottom radiator hoses and see if both are hot if only top one is hot may have a bad thermostat if both are hot it may have a heater control valve in heater line Goin into heater core
Even if the heater matrix is hot the heater will produce cold air if the air mixing flaps are in the wrong place - perhaps the flaps aren't working?
Replacing the coolant thermostat should ensure the engine is reaching normal operating temperature. Is this so?
One heater hose should be as hot as the top radiator hose when the thermostat is open and the engine is fully hot. The other heater hose should be very slightly less hot.
If one hose is warm and the other is relatively cool, it is likely an air lock is preventing flow and it will need bleeding.
If both hoses are hot, the heater air flaps are set to hot but still there is no hot air it is probable the heater matrix is blocked and will need cleaning or replacing.
If both heater hoses are warm/hot,look under the dash at the heater core area and look for a air blender door lever.it may be disconnected .Or try to open it manually which should allow the air flowing through the hot heater core to enter the vehicle.
If only one hose is hot the heater core may be plugged internally.disconnect the heater hoses and back flush the heater back and forth with a garden hose until you get a unrestricted flow of water.
When disconnecting any heater hoses just clamp them off so you do not have to drain the complete system while working on "just" the heater.
Could be a few problems causing this. Check to see if both heater hoses are hot going into and coming out of the heater core from under the hood. If both hoses are hot then there is an issue with the blend door/s inside the heater box assembly. If only 1 hose hot at the heater core and the other hose warm/cool you most likely have a heater core restriction and a back flush will be required. If no hoses are hot at the heater core then you have air in the system or the coolant level is low

1: not enough liquid in the system (air in the heater core) 2: inoperative heater valve not allowing hot liquid into the core 3: hot/cold blend door in the heater box stuck on cold 4: clogged heater core A clogged heater core will have one hot hose and one significantly cooler hose at the firewall connection; easily tested by hand. a good core will have both hoses very hot to the touch when the heater is on full blast. Make sure that the system is full and at operating temperature, and the heater controls set on full heat. Feel the hoses at the firewall; if they are both too hot to touch then the problem is in the heater box or controls.
Possibly the heater core is 90% blocked. open enough to draw hot water in, (hose feels hot) but not enough volume to provide heat from very cold air, 10% hot water gets cold quick, coming from core..
Flush heater core in reverse direction - cold side in hot side out..
check the heater temp. control pot under the hood, inline on one of your heater hoses, it may be sticking causing hot water to only get to your heater core when the engine is at high r.p.m.s
