In many car models the CD player and radio are a one unit stack, which forces replacement of the whole unit if either the radio or CD goes out. My experience with CD and DVD, home or automobile, players is not good in trying to repair them. good luck!
If the radio works but the CD player doesn't it's something internal to the unit. The radio and CD player get their power source from the same wire that goes into the unit.
That is where it goes. The Radio head unit needs to be sent out for repair. That is the message that it will give when not working/reading the disk. Mine does the same thing.
it started and stopped the cd player in the middle of all that kyoss now it doesn't know that disc are in there.. in plug the power source and plug it back in that should kick them out..
