Question about 1993 Dodge Dakota
Check fuse in box and if it is good check the blower motor resistor it is located under the hood on the firewall passenger side and if it is good it is most likely the blower motor

Use tester on power and ground leading to blower first. See if your getting power. Check fuse if bad and u replace and shorts out when you power up replace motor. Check controls also
