Question about 1992 Toyota Celica
Is there a fuse that can fix this ??
Well do check the fuses.
i looked ,the fuse is common to both
so check for 12v to the HL retracted motor.
the integrated relay #1 controls the deal.
but the HL motor s have 3 wire status and up/down, connections.
the fsm covers this, my online dont, do the testing.
but you can swap left motor for rigth motor , to see if the problem
is in the motor/switch assembly or the relay 2 box.
