SOURCE: replacing indicator light 96 honda accord

I have a similar problem. There is a retaining screw that is accessed by putting a philips screwdriver through the grill at the front bumper... trouble is, the thread has long gone and there's no way of getting it out for me. I was replacing due to a crack/broken lens, so I bought a whole new unit for about 30usd. But I still have the removal of hte old unit. I asked around and it seems that I may have to break the whole old unit apart and rip out the whole lens and housing to get the new one in. A lot of hassle for a bulb unit!
good luck

What color is the maintanence light on a 93 honda

You should not have a maintenance light, as those appeared on the 1998 model Accords and up. My old 1996 Accord had an indicator in the gauge cluster which showed either green or red. To reset it, if you looked beside the indicator, you would see a slot to put your key in to reset the indicator.

Determining if head gasket is blown on a 1994 honda accord Ex w VTec

White smoke out of the exhaust is one indication that the head gasket is blown. Another is to start the car and check the oil on the dipstick. If it's frothy or looks like a milkshake, this is another indication of a blown head gasket. The milky appearance indicates that coolant is in your engine, caused by a bad head gasket. If none of these symptoms occur, then the problem lies elsewhere. Hope this answers your question and feel free to post back with any other concerns or questions. Thank you.

2004 honda accord

It's for the 'vehicle stability assist' system.(aka electronic stability control) This lights up if you have turned the vsa system off. If it flashes, it means the system is on and operating to help control the stability of your car (making adjustments in engine and braking). If it comes on w/ VSA indicator light at the same time, it indicates you have a problem w/ the system. Sorry u didn't get the manual, it's amazing how many people throw them out! countrycurt0
