It's located on your throttle body which has a cable attached to your gas pedal. The one's I've dealt with are just bolted to the throttle body and all you have to do is disconnect the harness and unbolt the sensor

HI. This device will be under your hood on the drivers side; upper engine area. The position will be center of your intake manifold, mounted on the rear of the throttle body unit.

No itsa were part it moves everytime you move the gas pedel so sence 93 how many times has it moved but it dose make a vary big differance in how the vehicle runs and it not hard to replace usely

Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) signal too low TPS
Check the connections at the TPS sensor located on the trottle body Its located on the trottel body on the opposite side of the accelrator cable linkages. Usually this code means TPS needs replaced.
