1. Open the hatch and stand under it.
2. Remove pull handle from the inside of the hatch (2 screws under pop panels).
3. Starting in the lower corners, gently pry the entire interior panel from the hatch,
and leave it hanging from the wiper area near the glass.
4. Grasp the bulb housing and twist to the left while pressing inward.
5. Replace with a 1156 bulb.

SOURCE: running lights for 2005 odyssey on license plate are not working

The lenses cover & the lenses housing snap in to place. There are plastic tabs on the sides of each.
Directions: Remove the license plate light housing, and disconnect the 2P connector from the light. Remove the lens from the light, and then replace the bulb. Install the light in the reverse order of removal.

I have a 2002 Honda Civic and the parking lights(tailights, license plate lights, parking lights) won't go off. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks

One of two things:

the Headlamp stalk attached to the steering column (if you really want to call it that in your vehicle) is bad

-or-

The relay for parking lamps, etc. is stuck in the "on" position. Replace relay.
