Question about Cars & Trucks
I have removed the door panel, checked all linkages, removed the door lock units and checked for sticking levers etc. Everything looks fine, no sign of frayed wires or water damage.

The central locking system is controlled by the ecu, simply a common fault, disconnect the passenger door terminal to the lock and see what happens if the other doors lock normally then this confirms that there could be a fault in the wiring loom or relay if the doors unlock after locking then its a ecu problem. See an auto electrician
Regarding the water consunption what colour is the oil hope its not cream, radiator cap may need replacing as it could be blowing the water out, if the reseviour bottle is always full then this confirms it..Hope this helps you out

It has nothing to do with the "child lock" It is a know problem in this car, they tend to get caught in lock. Only thing to do, is to take of the panel then the outside handle, and through that hole destroy the plastic covering the lock, a large screwdriver and hammer will do! Then you can release the lock, while you pull the inside release handle. Buy new!

SOURCE: Driver door central locking
More than likely your front driver door module has failed. You will need to replace this module and readapt the key fobs for locking and unlocking
