Vechile took water up to roof, have cleaned all plugs/circuit-boards with special switch spray, all dash/interior lights central locking/windows work, replaced solenoid/brushes/x3 relays in engine fuse box/relay and 25amp passenger front under dash, when turning key,all is dead except for interior function. pls advise what i should do
Take it to the junk yard
electronics submerged with the battery connected burns out vital components, damages rectifiers , ECM, BCM and TCM modules
burns out dash controls and clusters
you gave it a good shot but the reality is that bearings will be damaged , mud will be behind the rings , in the oil galleys, in the transmission and diff units , brake fluid contaminated , power steering damaged

My guess is you have a corroded wire (that has shorted out the connection); known problem for this vehicle.
SOURCE: headlights stay on with key off high beam light on
daytime running light module is defective..it is located around battery tray, near fuse block..needs to be replaced
SOURCE: Grand Cherokee wont start, clicking coming from interior fuse box
Bare or burned wire, most likely battery cable or alternator cable near exhaust system which might be making contact with a metal part somewhere, off and on, because of bumps, vibration, etc.
SOURCE: engine will not turnover
If there is no power coming IN to the starter relay - the ignition module has failed.
Replace the Ignition.

I think yhat in 96 and later Jeeps the internal lighting fuses are located in the passenger side cowl trim panel, relays for internal and external lighting circuits are usually found in the drivers side footwell, normally @ the bottom of the dash near the lower part of the steering coloum. But you could just have a bad ground contact. good luck.
Testimonial: "THANK YOU VERY MUCH! Didn't realize there was ANOTHER fuse panel. The one on the passenger side cowl panel was TOTALLY MISSED. Found my problem fuse"
Whenever
this warning light or any other stays on in the dash it is indicating
that the systems control module (or the system sensor in the case of
lights like low oil pressure, door open indicators etc.) has detected
a fault, it then disables the system (this applies to ABS,TCS, TCM,
SRS and BCM faults and others) as long as the light is on. You must
now have the dealer hook up a special electronic diagnostic tool and
"scan" the system for the fault code that is stored for the
problem(s)
Legend of Abbreviations. ABS Antilock brake system.TCS Traction control system, TCM Transmission control module, SRS Supplemental restraint system, BCM Body control module
