SOURCE: My car is RAV4 toyota

Sounds like you have a bad blower motor resistor (manual HVAC). The resistor is just that a set of resistors in serious that drop voltage to regulate fan speed. Speed one uses all the resistors to drop the voltage the most. Speed for doesn't use the resistors so full power can be used by the blower motor to make it work at full speed.

The resistor is typically located near the blower motor under the passenger side of the dash. and will have 4-5 wires going to it.

2000 Acura TL overheating at low speeds with A/C on

Before ordering or installing fans I would buy and change your Coolant Temperature Senor on top of the engine block. It plugs in to the ECU and tells the fan when to kick the fans on. If that does not work you also have a temperature on the bottom of the radiator, known as your fan switch.

Jeep cherokee 2000 heater fan does't run

If it doesn't run on any speed then check fuses and relay's under the hood in the power distribution box,if all are good then use a test light or volt meter on fan motor wires with fan switch set on high,if you have power there then replace fan motor,if the fan works on some speeds and not others than check the fan speed control module,it is located in the air duct on pass side below glove box.

Heater blower only works on hi speed Rav4 (2004)

I don't know much about Toyota's but, usually when the fan only works on high it's because the blower motor resistor is bad. When you have the fan on high it puts full battery voltage to the motor. When you have the switch set in any other position, the battery voltage is routed through the resistor. When that happens the voltage to motor is redeuced through a series of resistors giving you the different speeds. The resistor is usually in the duct work fairly close to the blower motor. Good Luck!

Renault Clio Air Con Fan Problem - Wont turn off

Find Someone else,
Have Them Replace The Fan Selector Switch,
There Is Only 1 Fan In The System, Since You Can Select Between Defrost, Dash, Floor,
But Cannot Control Fan Speed/Shut-Off Fan.
I Would Replace The " Fan Selector Switch" Installed In Your Heater-A/C Controller Unit
Mounted In Your Dash.
Take Care God Bless

A/c not working think fan isn't coming on.

Yes with airflow it work (on the interstate) but with no airflow to get rid of the A/C heat causes engine to overheat. Let's look at two possible things...first the A/C condenser fan by the radiator & then the A/C water temp switch.

IN ORDER:
Check the 30amp CDS FAN fuse (replace if blown) if it is OK then replace the the Fan#3 RELAY (which turns on the A/C condenser fan)...Then if needed replace Fan#2 RELAY (which can also control the A/C fan speed).

The Fan#2 relay can wear out and cause the type of problem your having
