Check the bulb, fuses and switches, if it not any of those then it is the GEM and that part is expensive.

SOURCE: LOOKING FOR FUSE BOX DIAGRAM

Ther are 2 panels that have fuses in it. I went on and gave you both (see below). this should be in your owners manual if you have one. If you do not and would like a copy of the owners manual for your vehicle, you can email me at csautomotivecars@att.net with your make, model and year and I will be happy to email you a copy. No worries there would be no cost for it. I hope this helps and good luck.

Interior Fuse Box Location 2002 2006 Toyota Camry 2006 Toyota Camry LE 2...

The video above shows how to replace blown fuses in the interior fuse box of your 2006 Toyota Camry in addition to the fuse panel diagram location. Electrical components such as your map light, radio, heated seats, high beams, power windows all have fuses and if they suddenly stop working, chances are you have a fuse that has blown out. If your Camry is experiencing electrical problems, you should always check the fuses first, because they are relatively easy to check and cheap to change. Some Toyotas have multiple interior fuse boxes including in the trunk - the video above will show you where the interior fuse box of your 2006 Camry is located. If your Camry has many options like a sunroof, navigation, heated seats, etc, the more fuses it has. Some components may have multiple fuses, so make sure you check all of the fuses that are linked to the component in question.
If you need to replace a blown fuse in your Camry, make sure you replace it with one that has the same amperage as the blown fuse. If checking and replacing the fuse for the component in question doesn't work, we recommend seeking assistance from a trusted professional mechanic. They should be able to figure out if the component needs to be replaced or if there is a short or some other problem with your Camry.

Good Luck

Hello, Seems you have done some good work in tracing the problem. It could be a bad Diode in the Alternator, disconnect the plug on the Alternator and see if the Voltage drops(engine off). But the tracing of the problem to the Power Window circuit and Interior lights merits further action.

You need to disconnect the Window motor, switches and so forth until you find the grounded part. There were some soldering issues in the Window motors when they were manufactured. The Drivers door has the additional Relay inside if you have the Auto-power feature

Your Battery needs to be fully charged and showing 13.2V-13.6V or the Battery is weak. Ford Anti-theft can even interrupt the Alternator from charging while you are driving. The Battery should be checked, but of course you still have the grounding issue which ran down the Battery for maybe Years.

I hope you found my solution very helpful in solving your problem.
