Remove the glovebox, (4-5 8mm bolts) and look for the lowest mounted servo on the right, may just need freeing up, this one does the passenger side, remove drivers side centre console trim to access the drivers side heater

2005 Audi A4 temperature reading is way low and it's causing the heat to come on when it's hot outside.

You need to change the outside air temperature sensor. A good diagnostic machine should be able to give the reading to make sure. The sensor is normally located in the drivers side door mirror or behind the front bumper.

Hi, I recently got my 2005 Audi A4 2.0 TDI serviced by an AUDI garage. They replaced the timing belt and water pump as well. After I left the garage i realised my heating wasnt working correctly....

i would get a water pump from the dealer and install it, In some cases i found that after market water pumps don't have the same clearance between the pump housing and the propeller.this causes less water flow.

Leaking coolant and over heating

Is it overheating because there is no coolant? Weak point of that Audi is coolant tank on the right side of the engine, which leaks easily, but it's cheap to replace.

Heated seats quit working 2005 audi a4 1.8T .....what should i look for 1st? is there a common problem or fuze to look for somewhere?

Yes. Look for the fuse. Open driver door all the way. It is next to the steering wheel, between the door and dash. Remove cover, and there should be a card that tells you which one is the seat heater.

2005 audi a4, i have water in my floor board but it does not smell like coolant, what can it be

PROBABLY HEATER CORE(small like a radiator under dash which water runs through to heat car) if youre not using water in the radiator it could be the Air Con drain tube, are you using the A/C or heater that will give you the answer where the water is from
