There are usually 2 or more actual "horns" on a vehicle. One high pitch and one lower pitch. They are only connected by a few wires. Wire may have been disconnected or the horn is shot. Locate both "horns" and find the non-functioning one. Check the wire(s) to it, if they are connected, replace the horn. (Check to make sure it isn't just clogged first.)

You might run another wire (from battery) to the horn and touch the wire to the horn, if it works it might be relay or fuse. Can you ck voltage to the horn? If you can get someone to try to blow the horn fron inside to ck voltage.

The horn will usually be mounted in the front of the vehicle usually in front or near radiator. Black plAstic 4.5 inch diameter.
Will usually be mounted by a flimsy bracket. In not mounted near or on radiator I'd check te firewall. The aurora has alot going on in the engine bay so it may take a few mi urea to find
