This sounds like an alternator problem. have the battery and charging system tested. this test will tell you if the battery is good and also if the alternator is good.
I have the same problem. To me it looks like the washer fluid and headlights are on the same relay but replacing the relay does nothing. I disconnected the battery and removed the computer from the front of the relay box to let it reset and everything seemed to work fine at first. After restarting the car 3 or 4 times, the problem returned. Not sure what to do...
i was having the same promblem for my 98 dodge grand caravan es...with the no stat promblem...i had the (bcm) replaced in it body control module...but that did not do no good either because it only got it started for a few days...now it's back at the shop and the last resort would be the wireing..because everything else is fine...starter,relays,battery,etc...hope this helps...any more questions email me at [email protected]..
