Where is the location for obd II system for 1997 ford thunderbird

The OBD conector is located under the globe compartment, in the passenger side. The ECM is located in the pillar, beneath the trim cover... you must remove the cover and some of the plastic parts that protect it to access the ECM.

Where is the OBD port located in a toyota hiace 1998 with 1KZ engine and is it a OBD II?

It is OBD II all cars world-wide were required to be OBD II by the 1997 model year. The port should be located under the dash on the drivers side of the car. It looks like a serial port on the back of a home computer.

Location of the OBD port

The connector is under the hood on the passenger's side towards the firewall. It likely will have a cover on the plug labeled EEC TEST unless the cover has fallen off or been removed for some reason. The plug actually has two parts, a larger six (6) prong connector and a smaller single (1) prong connector. Please rate my comment!! Good luck!

Left side of dash lower cover, by your left knee. Just above hood release, there is a cover that flips upward to access your OBD connector. Hope this helps and have a great day.
