yes it is , go to a bodyshop or dealer. make sure that the new key cylinder is coded to work with your key, they will have to send your key and new cylinder to locksmith for re-coding of cylinder.

check the starter relay or the ignition relay,most boxes that the relays are located in have a spare relay that can be installed in a pinch,you can find the relay location with a google "image" search,
