Question about 2006 Dodge Stratus Sedan
All my other lights work but my headlights dont
The headlight switch is part of the change lane or turn signal lever handle that goes in the steering wheel assembly. You must replace the entire assembly because it is not easy to replace only the headlight switch. As it somewhat expensive, try to check to be sure it is the switch what has failed and not the wiring harness or other part of the circuit. Same situation for the high beams switch. Look for suppliers, as the original part is too overpriced. It is made by "VALEO" from France.

SOURCE: No headlights, or dash lights.
check the ground cable at the battery , youll see a break in the ground wire at the battery box, check to make sure the bolt is tight and not corroded (the break is the ground for most of the lighting )

I had the same problem. The solution to this is something called the turn signal/highbeam switch, located in your steering column. This switch has an actuator of some sort that goes bad after a while. It doesn't allow the actuator to turn back into regular headlight mode, instead disabling it. I went to my local junkyard and replaced it. Everything works now. I had a similar problem on my 2001 Caravan. Turned out to be a loose connection between the frame control module and the fuse box. I unscrewed the frame/front control module from the fuse box and bent the tabs slightly to make better contact. Then tighten down the module securley. Need star driver to loosen screws
