Tire pressure light never blinked before. Usually it comes on and a message appears telling me that I have low tire pressure. This time it just kept blinking and there was no message.

well it depends, if you have just reset the tire pressures, the light should go off by itself, if it doesn't then you have a bad tire pressure sensor. If you have replaced the sensor, it must be programmed into the WCM by the dealership.

SOURCE: how do i reset the
This should automatically reset upon proper tire inflation. If you are still getting a low pressure light then the RF chip in the tire is faulty and needs to be replaced. These are rather expensive and can be purchased from dodge.

SOURCE: How do I turn off
two things 1. don't start the engine but turn the key till the dash board lights up wait to see if the computer recognizes that error was fix to specs. 2. if not got to a mechanic for a obd reading and reset it.
