Ther will be no separate fuse for high and low beam. Just one fuse for headlights. Change the bulbs. Buy the dielectric jelly, store rep will know what it is

yes theres is, try locking and unlocking the pass/side door with the key. you can check for power at the starter at the small wire if theres power at that wire when the key is held in the crank position then you have a bad starter try taping on starter while key is held in start if its starts when tapping then starter is bad,heres a diagram to show you were to tap and where to check for power, hope this helps.
