Getting gas and fire but just turnes over like there is no fire at all

which engine, they work different.
you saw gas where.?
you saw fuel where??
you saw something turn, what?
try this.
it cranks robustly (250RPM = robust)?
the engines cranks over, (i see pulley spin fast on crank)?
the engine fails to start and to RUN (sustained).?
you lost spark to 4 or 6 clingers, all are dead spark?
so you place the diagnostic jumper wire and crank for
5seconds
and release the key,
got DTC error codes, bingo.
if not bad spark is bad coil or bad ignitor that drives said coil.

next is fueling but above is all first.
fuel is always LAST. (ECU cuts fuel for many reasons) ask.

Not getting enough power to fuel pump or disturbitor

you need to check to see if your getting any fire to the plugs. If not maybe coils are bad.It could also be timing seceser. by the way if you have more then one coil it's not likly they are al bad.make sure your get fire out of Distibutor.Know if fire is good more then likely it your fuel pump.may not have enough fuel presure.gl

My 88 plymouth reliant has just stopped working. I have changed the spark plugs, wires, fuel pump, and fuel pump relay. i've also changed the fuel filter twice now. i've checked to see if it has spark and...

Check the ignition timing is correct. I see that you have changed the wires so I suggest that you recheck the firing order for the plugs as it is easy to get it wrong when replacing the leads.

Acura Legend 86 wont start after initially running fine

fuel pump going out and it will not run at all
coil problem will starteasy but fail after running for a while
fuel pump relay again it is running after starting and if the relay is no good , it will not pump fuel
try having the fault codes read first then have the faulty sensor replaced

94 chevy 1500 4.3 no spark no fuel

Sounds like you replaced alot of parts for nothing.
The pickup coil in the distributor "fires" the module which grounds the coil and the injectors.
Those components would need to be tested. The coil fires the plugs when the ground is removed by the module or the key switch.

No firing on 98 Navigator

could be a bad ignition coil if its getting fuel and not starting, or the timing belt may have sliped or broke

Engine just died while driving. turns over but wont start. replaced ignition coil. same problem, does not seem to be getting power to the coil. checked fuses also made suer it was getting fuel.

Change the crankshaft sensor. That is your problem. They can fail anytime and when they do you dont get any power to the ignition coil.Let me know if you are still having problems.I think you will be fine after you have changed the sencor.Good luck m8

Just quit running while driving will still turn still over, getting fuel thought filter, i dont think im getting fire. 1990 2.2L ford probe

i had the same thing happen to me after it turned 200,000 miles.

All you have is a bad electric connecter to the fuel rail it's located over by the battery and that should help your problem.
i hope this helps and good luck.

i'm on here looking beacuse mine is hard to get started.
