I changed the fuse for the motor and it started working again. The fuse blew again this morning. Any idea what could be causing the fuse to keep blowing?

Sounds like a bad fan fuse or resistor.

What is the problem with my 2003 VW Jetta 2.0 overheating?

It may also be the temperature sensor.
Not knowing your model, if it uses both a belt driven and electric fan, the electric fan (or its sensor) may have failed.
Turn on the AC to see if the electric fan will cycle as it should since this is used (in most vehicles) for engine cooling if the main fan isn't adequate whether AC is in use or not.
On high mileage engines if distilled water was not used instead of tap water (along with coolant), the radiator core can eventually become clogged with calcium deposits. .

Why my A/C condenser fan won t stop running, dodge ram 2008

To clarify, the compressor and fan will run in defrost mode. The compressor and fan runs to dry out the air blowing onto the windshield.
Now if the condenser fan runs in "heat" you may have a problem with the fan relay or the main controller.

What should the resistance be on the interior fan? The fan resistor keeps getting very hot and keeps blowing the resistor pack.

The fault is not with the resistor pack but the HIGH consumption of the fan motor. It will be good to check and over haul the fan motor before you are going to replace it as the fan seems to drain off too much current heating up the resistor and burning it off.

Why does the fan keep running on 2005 jetta after turning off

You are talking about the thermo electric cooling fan, its operation is independent of the car's electical system. It is switched on and off by the engine temperature. When you park, the engine heat soaks upward to heat the thermostat turning the fan on. It will run until the engine cools down and the thermostat switches it off. Quite normal operation.

Sounds like a clogged heater core or a issue with blend but if you have axis to a air compressor you could blow it out and it should be good done it many times.
