Your description indicates that one of your vehicles tires has a broken belt which separated from the tire.

shock absorbers and anti sway bar rubbers and mounts
if it occurs at slow speeds and is most noticeable at the rear
( like a duck wobble) check the rear tires for belt separation

The rear end on my GTP sways from side to side, what could be causing it?

if this is a feeling like the wobble of a ducks rear end as it walks, it will be belt separation of the rear tyre/s ( bridgestone tyres are bad for it after a few years or partially worn tyre)
this is most noticeable at low road speeds
other than that have the rear suspension bushes and mounting bolts checked

Grinding noise front end left side at highway speeds and when turning wheel back and forth at high way speeds

Sounds like front wheel bearings.
Does the sound go away when swaying one way or the other?
If you way left and ot gets louder it should be the right bearing and opposite for swaying right

'95 Dodge Caravan has a wobble kinda.

How are the tires wearing, could you need an alignment? Is the anti sway bar broken? When I hear that you have a clunking noise while accelerating I want to blame your CV joints, are you sure they are fine?

Car tires wobble at low speeds

Rim may have a dent or a weel balance weight may have fallen off.

Have the balance checked before your tires develop abnormal wear.
